Return Policy


EVO Athletica is committed to providing you with best-in-class customer support for your purchases. The following information provides details on all returns and exchanges.

Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit (gift card). All used, demo, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale. There is no warranty, return, or exchange for final sale items.

EVO Athletica reserves the right to change or modify all terms and conditions within our return and exchange policy at any time and at EVO Athletica's sole discretion. All decisions made by EVO Athletica regarding the eligibility of an item for return or exchange are final.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchange:

  • The item must be in brand new, resaleable condition, unworn or unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. (Once a product has been used, even slightly, we can no longer accept it for exchange or refund.)
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the order delivery or pick-up date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@evoathletica.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.


Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@evoathletica.com.


Limited warranty:

Every original purchase of the EVO Athletica pickleball paddle is guaranteed against major manufacturing defects, backed by a 6-month limited manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover any accidental damage, normal wear and tear, modifications, negligence, and mishandling beyond its intended use for pickleball.

This warranty is void if the following conditions are met:

  • Excessive wear on the tops, sides, and handle/grip end of the paddle.
  • Modifications to the paddle other than the use of over-grip and lead tape as per manufacturer recommendations.
  • Clear impact damage.
  • Damage due to excessive heat or cold.
  • Damage due to impact with objects besides a pickleball.
